Watch warranty
With a Mauro Vinci watch, you are purchasing a quality product designed to last a long time. Should anything go wrong with your watch, you have a 2-year warranty.
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Mauro Vinci offers a 2-year warranty on internal components and structural defects.
All other accessories such as batteries, watch straps, and push buttons are excluded from the warranty. Damage caused by misuse, damage caused by incorrect battery replacement, as well as damage caused by others, are not covered by the warranty.

A Mauro Vinci watch can take a beating, but everything has its limits. Always keep the watch safely stored in the storage box when you are not wearing it and ensure it cannot come near water.

Watch storage box
All our watches are delivered in a beautiful PU leather storage box, including an instruction booklet on how to operate your watch. For watches with link bracelets, we include a pin to remove the links yourself in case the bracelet is too large. However, we recommend having this done at a local jeweler or watch specialty store.
Warranty bracelets and other accessories
We carefully check all our products for quality and reliability, but it is always possible that a problem may arise with your bracelet, necklace, or other piece of jewelry. Mauro Vinci offers a 2-year warranty against any defects that occur in your jewelry where it is clearly a manufacturing fault.

Replacing and recycling batteries
You can return your replacement batteries to us or drop them off at a local collection point in your town.

Should you wish to return the batteries, that is no problem. Please contact our customer service so you can do this free of charge.
