How soon can I expect delivery?

For in-stock items, please expect the following delivery times for orders placed before 4:30 PM CET/CEST:
- Netherlands: next day delivery- Germany: within 1-3 working days- France: within - 2-4 working days- UK: within - 2-5 working days

At the time of shipment you will automatically receive a Track and Trace code via e-mail, with which you can check the status of your order and the location of the package

Can I make a delivery appointment?

You cannot make a delivery appointment because this depends on the route of the DPD driver.

- NL & Belgium: €4.95 standard shipping, free shipping for orders of €50.00 and more.- Germany: €5.95 standard shipping, free shipping on orders of €50.00 and above.- France: €6.95 standard shipping, free shipping for orders of €100.00 and above.
